- AT4 — Factory 2-inch lift, skid plates, Rancho shocks, hill descent control, and the 5.3L V8 standard. Built for trails, unpaved roads, and confident four-season driving.
- AT4X — Multimatic DSSV dampers, front and rear locking differentials, AEV steel bumper with winch prep, Goodyear MT tires, and the 6.2L V8 standard. The most capable off-road Sierra 1500.
